Scope of the Position
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in inventory accuracy, product receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming products, maintaining organized inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities against documentation, and properly put away products
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner
Perform checking and verification of orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
Measure, cut, and prepare wire and cable products according to customer specifications
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and regular stock checks
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely
Ensure inventory is stored in designated locations and remains well‑organized
Prepare shipments and ensure proper loading of delivery vehicles
Handle shipping and receiving paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all internal procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements
Perform additional warehouse and inventory‑related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma
Ontario Class G driver’s licence and clean driver’s record
Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of a broad spectrum of electrical products and applications is not required but considered an asset

Salary: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour. The advertised salary range relates to Ontario and is provided in accordance with the Ontario Pay Transparency Act.
