Step into a pivotal role as Warehouse Manager at Oak View Group, overseeing distribution and warehouse operations for events. This position requires strong management skills and technical proficiency in a dynamic environment.
As Warehouse Manager, you will lead venue distribution operations and manage inventory, receiving, and purchasing functions. You'll ensure high-quality event preparation and employee support, creating a harmonious workplace. This role requires overseeing team performance, maintaining sanitation in storage areas, and adhering to purchasing protocols, while also assisting with staffing needs and event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and distribution control
• Supervise team and ensure event preparation completion
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
• Ensure proper product transfer and stocking levels
• Conduct employee performance evaluations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in warehouse/distribution; 2 years in supervision
• Forklift certification required
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Valid Food Handler's certificate preferred
