Take charge as the Warehouse Manager at Oak View Group, leading operations for venue distribution. This role involves managing inventory and team dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
As a key position within OVG, you will ensure smooth warehouse operations and effective supervision of staff.
Your role includes overseeing ordering and inventory controls while providing operational support for events. Engage with teams to uphold standards, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee relations, maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct inventory receiving and distribution processes
• Supervise and coach warehouse staff during events
• Ensure cleanliness and organization across storage areas
• Track purchase orders and compliance
• Conduct daily evaluations of employee performance
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years in warehouse operations, 2 years supervisory
• Forklift certification required
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Must possess valid Food Handler's certificate if required
