Warehouse Operations Manager Position

Location: Tecumseh

Lead daily operations at a warehouse while ensuring efficiency and safety compliance. Supervise staff, oversee inventory control, and ensure effective coordination across departments.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will elevate warehouse productivity and oversee a dedicated team to manage workflow and inventory effectively. This role involves motivating staff, tracking goods, and maintaining safety standards while collaborating with various departments and customers for streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse staff activities and productivity

• Schedule team shifts to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

• Coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of goods

• Review orders and inventory for accuracy and quality

• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintenance standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s preferred

• Prior experience as Warehouse Supervisor or Manager

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Forklift license preferred; ability to work overtime

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
