Warehouse Manager - Inventory Oversight

Oversee warehouse operations focused on receipt and storage management. Ensure safety, team supervision, and compliance with health standards while optimizing workflow.

In your role as Warehouse Manager, you will lead the warehouse team in daily activities and ensure effective coordination with other departments. Your key focus will be on managing inventory and overseeing the safety compliance of all operations, fostering an organized and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and supervise warehouse staff activities daily

• Schedule operations to enhance team workflows and reduce overtime

• Track and coordinate goods receipt and delivery processes

• Review inventory, orders, and deliveries for compliance

• Maintain safety standards and conduct regular inspections

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s ideal

• Prior managerial or supervisory experience required

• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities

• Forklift license preferred; willingness to work overtime

• Excellent communication and organization skills
