White Cap seeks a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support warehouse efforts. This role involves loading, unloading, order picking, and maintaining safety standards. Previous experience is not required; however, candidates should be detail-oriented and committed to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, sort, and transport materials
• Prepare items securely for shipment or pickup
• Verify product accuracy before staging or shipping
• Operate forklifts or material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail required
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
