Automotive Shop Assistant

Christian Brothers Automotive in Windsor, CO is hiring a full-time Automotive Shop Assistant for a 7 AM – 5 PM schedule.

• 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday

Your day as our Automotive Shop Assistant blends production and progression: you'll tackle oil and filter changes, execute digital multipoint inspections, assist with brake pad and rotor replacements, and complete basic mechanical repairs, along with preventative fluid flushes. Right beside you? Our Shop Foreman, guiding your technique and decision-making with daily, hands-on training-while online coursework deepens your understanding of systems and diagnostics.

You'll also support overall shop flow with the Lube Technician by emptying trashes, clearing oil caddies, and keeping the shop floor clean and hazard-free, ensuring a safe, efficient environment for the whole team.

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Basic Automotive knowledge
• Equipped with proper tools to perform brake, suspension, oil change, and light-duty engine repairs
• Ability to be coached and willingness to learn
• Punctuality
• Growth mindset
• Ability to work directly under the shop foreman
