Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)

As a Senior Civil Estimator
, you’ll take the lead in preparing competitive and strategic estimates for large and complex civil infrastructure projects. You’ll serve as a key player in our preconstruction efforts and help mentor junior staff. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility and the potential to contribute directly to the company’s ongoing growth trajectory.

• Lead the preparation of cost estimates for major civil construction projects
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and geotechnical data to determine project scope and cost
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Identify value engineering opportunities and risk factors in the bid process
• Provide strategic input on bid selection and pursuit strategy
• Collaborate closely with leadership and project teams during bid and preconstruction phases
• Assist in developing estimating standards and mentoring junior estimators

• 5+ years of civil construction estimating experience, including lead estimator roles
• Strong proficiency in Heavy Bid or similar estimating tools
• Demonstrated success in winning competitive bids and managing estimate strategy
• Deep understanding of local market conditions and subcontractor networks
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required
