Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy, in partnership with Integrated Pediatric Therapy Associates, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Pediatric Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead our Windsor Pediatrics office. We are looking for someone who embodies our Core Values:

As Clinic Director, you will balance leadership responsibilities with direct patient care, collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Music Therapy. Our clinic also offers Aquatic Therapy to pediatric patients, providing diverse opportunities for innovative care. This is a full-time, exempt position offering competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and provide leadership for staff and clinical team members
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of physical disabilities and conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on function, mobility, and long-term outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers (OT, SLP, Music Therapy) to ensure holistic care
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Physical Therapy Assistants and team members
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Support clinic growth, culture, and community relationships
Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited CAPTE program
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented with strong leadership potential
- Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Ability to meet physical demand requirements, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and sustained grip
