Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited CAPTE program
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient-centered care
- Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to meet physical demand capacity, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and sustained grip
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long-term physical disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that restore function, reduce pain, and promote healing
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Communicate effectively with Clinical Directors and the broader care team

- Competitive salary: $75,000 – $90,000 based on experience
