Position: Physical Therapist - Windsor, CO

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited CAPTE program
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient-centered care
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to meet physical demand capacity, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and sustained grip

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long-term physical disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that restore function, reduce pain, and promote healing
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Communicate effectively with Clinical Directors and the broader care team
