Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Windsor, CO is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapeutic services for students throughout the contract school year. This position offers the opportunity to support student development within a dynamic educational setting, promoting independence and success across academic and functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions aligned with students educational goals.
* Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
* Monitor student progress and adjust therapy methods to meet changing needs.
* Participate in IEP meetings and documentation to ensure compliance with educational standards.
* Promote skill development that enhances participation in school activities and daily living tasks.
Qualifications and
Experience:
* Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant state credentials.
* Experience providing OT services within school environments, preferably K-12.
* Strong understanding of school-based therapy regulations and educational frameworks.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
* Ability to adapt treatment approaches for diverse student needs.

Windsor, Colorado (K-12 School District)
Duration:
Contract for the current school year
