About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing capital project integration team. This client-facing role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of development and construction projects while expanding your technical and leadership experience.

You will support multidisciplinary teams across all phases of planning, design, and construction, helping ensure consistency in quality, safety, budget, and schedule performance. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic firm.

What You’ll Do
  • Support Project Managers and Project Directors in coordinating the delivery of development and construction projects.
  • Track master project budgets and schedules through all phases of design and construction.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Prepare weekly progress updates with photo documentation and status reports.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and assist in developing client deliverables.
  • Review and interpret project specifications,, and contracts.
  • Coordinate document control processes, including downloading drawings and project information into Procore.
  • Maintain and update logs for RFIs, change orders, invoices, payments, and contract documents.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings.
  • Provide analytical and logistical support for presentations, interviews, and reports.
  • Communicate clearly and inclusively with clients, consultants, and team members.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a master organizer and track open-style tasks and items to completion.
  • Be the master of tasks. Hold you and your PM accountable to dates and deadlines.
  • Lead Pay App Review and Draw Requests with input from the Project Manager.
  • Maintain insurance information in place for all vendors on projects.
  • Lead the closeout and warranty process and tracking.
  • Be able to clearly make sure all closeout documents and processes are complete at the end of a project.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or project management.
  • Field experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with Procore or similar project management software is a plus.
  • Strong initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow with a high-performing team.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
  • Eligible for performance bonus based on company and individual performance.
