You will operate CNC and manual machines to produce precise steel parts, ensuring all work meets project specifications. You’ll collaborate with the Fabrication Foreman to maintain production schedules and solve problems as they arise.

• Operate and maintain CNC and manual machines to fabricate steel parts with precision.
• Inspect all fabricated parts to ensure they meet safety and quality specifications.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including only operating equipment you are trained to use.
• Communicate effectively with team members and foremen to maintain smooth workflows.
• Meet production goals, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget.

  Training in GHS/Hazcom and industry‑specific safety protocols.

  Experience operating CNC machinery in steel fabrication environments.
• Mechanical Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

  Ability to follow blueprints, drawings, and quality control standards.

• Software
  
  Experience:
  
  Familiarity with Tekla EPM GO software is a plus.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Legal Authorization:
  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

The work is stressful, strenuous, and dangerous. Tasks include fabricating in a shop, office, and outdoor environments, climbing, bending, and heavy lifting. Work is noisy and dirty, requiring resilience in all weather conditions.
