Retail Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting guests and keeping our stores in‑stock, clean, and organized. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support the manager in day‑to‑day operations and be cross‑trained in all areas of the store, gaining valuable operations experience.

• Greet all guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment where no two days are alike.
• Prepare coffee, stock shelves, coolers, and freezers.
• Maintain a clean store and uphold impeccable standards as part of the team.

Minimum Education:

Preferred Education:

High School or GED

Minimum Experience:

None / A

Preferred Experience:

3–6 months of retail or guest‑service restaurant experience

Preferred Licenses/ Certifications and

Skills:

Serv Safe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

• Comfortable interacting with guests and team members
• High energy
• Ability to multitask and move quickly between activities
• Team‑oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others
• Computer skills are helpful

This position may be available as part‑time or full‑time and requires working a variety of hours, day and night, as EG America locations can be open 24 hours depending on the store. Weekend and holiday hours are required.

Part‑time: up to 29 hours, Full‑time: 30–40 hours

5% of the time. May be asked to work in other nearby stores occasionally.

Ability to maneuver and regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand or walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp, and grip and work in cooler (cold temperatures). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Specialized attire required in food establishments.
