HVAC Service Technician

Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air is a family- and veteran-owned company dedicated to providing high-quality HVAC services at a fair price. We are currently seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Windsor, CO.

This position offers competitive pay of $25 - $40/hour based on experience. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
. Overtime is available. Technicians report to a central location before heading to job sites.

• 1+ year(s) of previous HVAC experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

At least two years of related experience is preferred but not required.

As an HVAC Service Technician, your day will begin at our central location before traveling to job sites to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring that systems operate efficiently and safely. Customer interaction will be an essential part of the role, requiring clear communication regarding repairs and service recommendations.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, upholding the company's commitment to professionalism and excellent service.
