• Clean and organize job sites.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and supplies management.
• Grade dirt and concrete with precision using various tools.
• Load and unload trucks of materials.
• Assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantle forms after use.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.
• Install and tie rebar and wire mesh, cap rebar.
• Collaborate with other craft workers to complete projects.
• Continuously learn and grow in the concrete industry.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of power tools and equipment operation.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Experience in construction preferred.
