Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Revenue & Accounting Operations Manager:

Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and Accounting, ensuring accurate transaction flow through A/P, A/R, invoicing, revenue recognition, and the General Ledger.
Lead the end-to-end order-to-cash process from customer order through billing, collections, and financial reporting.
Manage and develop a five-person team supporting order administration, purchasing, invoicing, and transaction processing.
Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Service, IT, and leadership to improve processes, strengthen controls, and ensure financial accuracy.
Drive operational excellence through process improvements and ERP optimization.

Qualifications for the Revenue & Accounting Operations Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of supervisory or management experience (AR Manager, AP Manager, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Senior Accountant, etc.)
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, purchasing, revenue recognition, and General Ledger
ERP experience required
