Mitchell Selig Ford of Windsor, CT is in search of a Master Certified Ford Technician to join our team. We have invested over $5,000,000 in the business, renovated facility, new lifts, equipment and special tools. We have the work in the shop to add another experienced, trained Ford technician.

• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicates with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed and provides estimates of time for additional repairs
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

• Ford Technician experience required
• ASE Certification required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player; valid driver’s license
• Math, reading, and computer skills; ability to learn new technology and repair procedures
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
