Mitchell Selig Ford of Windsor, CT is in search of a Master Certified Ford Technician to join our team. We have invested over $5,000,000 in the business, renovated facility, new lifts, equipment and special tools. We have the work in the shop to add another experienced, trained Ford technician.
In addition to an hourly rate, we offer support to help the right individual maximize hours worked and achieve a higher quality of life. This is a real opportunity for a six figure income:

Responsibilities- Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Communicates with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed and provides estimates of time for additional repairs
- Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Ford Technician experience required
- ASE Certification required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player; valid driver’s license
- Math, reading, and computer skills; ability to learn new technology and repair procedures
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
