Job Duties
  • Perform all assigned duties in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages on behalf of the company, and daily entries to internal tools and documents in an efficient and timely manner
  • Respond to leads and schedule appointments for our Sales Team according to company guidelines
  • Pull and/or prepare supporting documents for the Sales Team appointments
  • Prepare mailings
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other staff members
  • Excellent organizational skills to keep accurate records and find vital information quickly
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete assigned tasks throughout the day
  • Excellent patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with all customers
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Adaptability
  • High proficiency in Google Business Suite and Salesforce, preferred

8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (M
- F) / 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Saturday)

Salary

$16.25 - $18.00
