- Respond to regulatory and business requests (e.g., BLS surveys, employment verifications, unemployment claims) with accuracy and professionalism. Own the documentation and filing of all related records to ensure audit readiness and compliance. Act as the single point of contact for any data or documentation needs related to these processes, including requests from the HRIS team.
- Drive the end-to-end onboarding process, from pre‑hire coordination through first‑day experience, identifying ways to improve compliance and employee engagement.
- Plan and help execute a few meaningful company events throughout the year that foster connection, culture, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate closely with our India‑based HR Shared Services (HRSS) team to ensure smooth cross‑border workflows, timely responses, and shared accountability.
- Maintain HR data integrity, support reporting, and assist with audit preparation.
- Gain familiarity with U.S. benefits processes and vendor relationships — a strong positive that will help ensure smooth handling of benefits‑related tasks when needed.
- Partner with the North American HRBP team on key initiatives, such as talent programs, employee experience enhancements and change management efforts as and when needed.
- Conduct HR data analysis and create actionable insights to support decision‑making.
- Contribute to project planning, tracking, and communications to ensure milestones are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–4 years of HR operations, HR generalist, or project coordination experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, HRIS, and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High learning agility — able to quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and subject matter.
- Familiarity with U.S. benefits administration is a strong plus.
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones with international colleagues.
- Someone who thrives on variety and views it as a career advantage.
- Detail‑oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Comfortable balancing recurring operational work with evolving project assignments.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow into broader HR responsibilities over time.
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements This role is considered an on‑site position located in Windsor, CT
.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 5% of travel may be required.
