ProfileSummary:
Technical Support specialist responsible for answering incoming phone calls from external customers in a high call volume support center. (Financial Industry experience highly desired) Primary responsibilities include technical analysis, trouble-shooting, and resolution of business application issues.
Responsibilities also include creating a fully documented record of all incidents and timely follow-up with customers to achieve high customer satisfaction scores and SLAs.
Knowledge &Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of 2nd level technical support experience in a fast-paced support center.
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a directly related field.
- Two to four years of professional IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, and procedures.
- Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work effectively with employees and other IT staff.
