In-person Interview for Help Desk Representative in Windsor, CT

Windsor, CT 06006. Duration: 6 Months + Extendable. Interview Type:

360 IT Professionals is a software development company based in Fremont, California that offers technology services in mobile development, web development, cloud computing and IT staffing. The company provides IT solutions and staffing to clients globally.
Knowledge & Experience- Minimum of 3-5 years of 2nd level technical support experience in a fast-paced support center with a high incoming phone call volume.
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a directly related field.
- Two to four years of professional IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, work flow processes and procedures to resolve most inquiries independently.
