# Director of Business Systems Hot JobSOUTH WINDSOR, CT 06074## Overview Salary Range$ - $ Salary## Director of Business Systems Coburn Technologies is seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of Business Systems to lead and optimize our business systems, with a strong emphasis on Infor Syte Line ERP expertise. This role is critical to supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring our ERP system, SQL databases, and business applications meet evolving business needs.
Extensive, hands-on experience with Infor Syte Line is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will combine deep ERP knowledge, manufacturing business acumen, and technical leadership to drive system improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead the administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Infor Syte Line ERP.
* Manage SQL Server databases and develop custom reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS.
* Translate business needs into effective technology solutions across manufacturing, finance, inventory, and operations.
* Oversee business applications, IT infrastructure, system security, backups, and external IT service providers.
* Lead and develop the Business Systems team while driving process improvement and system integration initiatives.## Director of Business Systems
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* 10+ years of Business Systems and ERP management experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Extensive hands-on experience administering and supporting Infor Syte Line ERP, preferably version 8.02.
* Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Crystal Reports, and SSRS.
* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations.
* Proven leadership, project management, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
