Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager

FHD 5am‑4pm (Sun to Wed or Thu to Sat)

BHD 6am‑5pm (Sun to Wed or Thu to Sat)

FHN 5pm‑4am (Sun to Wed or Thu to Sat)

BHN 7pm‑6am (Sun to Wed or Thu to Sat)

Starting Pay: $18.35 per hour

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations; employee safety is a priority with timely incident reporting
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensuring employee safety and use of proper PPE

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10‑hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards forklift/scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations
