Director of Admissions & Marketing

As a trusted leader, you will welcome residents and families, guide their transition, and help maintain a vibrant, supportive community.

• Community engagement & education: represent Complete Care by connecting with potential residents, families, and referral sources through outreach, sales calls, and follow‑ups.
• Admissions management: conduct timely pre‑admission assessments within two hours of notification and coordinate with clinical teams as necessary.
• Strategic growth: build and maintain referral networks to achieve census goals and optimize the quality payor mix.
• Relationship development: cultivate lasting relationships with families, residents, and community partners to communicate services, bed availability, and program benefits effectively.
• Weekend availability: support leadership needs as required.
• Collaborative leadership: partner with clinical and administrative teams to make informed decisions about prospective admissions.
• Data monitoring & reporting: analyze and report on trends in inquiries, admissions, and census growth to inform strategic planning.
• Marketing strategy execution: create and implement action plans to enhance the visibility and reputation of the facility.
• Managed care knowledge: stay informed on managed care and insurance processes to streamline referral and admission workflows.

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare‑related marketing and admissions management; long‑term care experience preferred.

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year
