Join us as the Director of Admissions & Marketing at Complete Care at Kimberly Hall North in Connecticut.
As a trusted leader, you will welcome residents and families, guide their transition, and help maintain a vibrant, supportive community.
Key Responsibilities- Community engagement & education: represent Complete Care by connecting with potential residents, families, and referral sources through outreach, sales calls, and follow‑ups.
- Admissions management: conduct timely pre‑admission assessments within two hours of notification and coordinate with clinical teams as necessary.
- Strategic growth: build and maintain referral networks to achieve census goals and optimize the quality payor mix.
- Relationship development: cultivate lasting relationships with families, residents, and community partners to communicate services, bed availability, and program benefits effectively.
- Weekend availability: support leadership needs as required.
- Collaborative leadership: partner with clinical and administrative teams to make informed decisions about prospective admissions.
- Data monitoring & reporting: analyze and report on trends in inquiries, admissions, and census growth to inform strategic planning.
- Marketing strategy execution: create and implement action plans to enhance the visibility and reputation of the facility.
- Managed care knowledge: stay informed on managed care and insurance processes to streamline referral and admission workflows.
- A compassionate professional who embodies our mission of treating every resident as family.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare‑related marketing and admissions management; long‑term care experience preferred.
- Proficiency with technology and data management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, using diplomacy and discretion to foster trust.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year
