Allstar Services is expanding rapidly across the Northeast, and we’re hiring Project Coordinators to support our new residential roofing markets.
In this role, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the roofing production process—coordinating schedules, materials, permits, and customer communication to ensure every job runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

What You’ll Do- Coordinate roofing crews, material deliveries, and customer appointments
- Maintain updated schedules and proactively resolve timeline conflicts
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, suppliers, and installation teams
- Review contracts for accuracy and compliance
- Verify deposits, financing, pricing, and documentation
- Submit labor POs and track budgets, change orders, and accounts receivable
- Order materials and communicate with distributors to confirm availability
- Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building codes
- Schedule dumpsters and oversee disposal logistics
- Maintain organized digital job files in Accu Lynx, Service Titan, or similar CRMs
- Support final walkthroughs and ensure a five-star customer experience
- Experience in roofing, construction, scheduling, or project coordination (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many moving parts
- Proficiency with construction or project management software (Accu Lynx, Service Titan, Job Nimbus, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand basic construction contracts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver’s license for occasional travel to jobsites
- Be part of a major Northeast market expansion
