• Project Leadership:
• Lead projects from planning and initiation through execution, delivery, and closure
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate resources to ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed requirements
• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and action plans
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
• Manage competing priorities and adjust plans as project needs evolve
• Stakeholder and Communication Management:
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong working relationships across teams and departments
• Coordinate with leadership to align project objectives with organizational priorities
• Manage expectations and ensure timely resolution of questions and concerns
• Process Improvements:
• Identify opportunities to improve team workflows, processes, and project delivery
• Develop and implement best practices to increase efficiency and quality
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data to support decision-making
• Promote continuous improvement and accountability across the team

• 3+ years experience of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated leadership or project management experience /Supply Chain experience is preferred
