Be a Hands-On Sales Leader

• Ride along with your team to coach, train, and help close business
• Provide real-time feedback and development to improve closing ratios and customer experience
• Lead by example while remaining actively involved in the sales process

Drive Business Growth

• Develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue and profitability
• Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, close rates, average ticket, and margin performance
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to maximize opportunities and customer satisfaction

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC sales professionals

• Support sales representatives through ride-alongs, in-home presentations, and one-on-one coaching
• Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Conduct branch meetings, sales training, and development sessions
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent
• Partner with operations teams to improve lead generation and customer experience
• Ensure seamless handoff of sold projects to installation and service teams
• Contribute to company-wide sales strategy and growth initiatives

• 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
• Strong closing, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience managing performance metrics and sales accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• High integrity, professionalism, and leadership presence
• Home services, HVAC, in-home sales, remodeling, or related industry experience preferred
