Electrical Assembly 1st Shift

Join the TLD team as an Electrical Assembler on the first shift (Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm).

Base Pay Range

$18.00 /hr – $21.00 /hr

Position Summary

The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling electrical components and wiring equipment using tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, soldering irons, and crimping tools. The assembler interprets drawings and sketches accurately and efficiently.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Use hand tools and equipment to assemble and wire electrical components.
  • Operate and maintain all equipment with personal and workplace safety in mind.
  • Interpret assembly and sub‑assembly drawings and sketches accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Log daily production time on manufacturing travelers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience assembling industrial electrical components and wiring instruments.
  • Ability to produce high‑quality products efficiently.
  • Capability to move safely over uneven terrain and operate in restricted spaces.
  • Ability to climb ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Facility to kneel, bend and stand for long periods.
  • Experience working in team or solo environments.
  • 1 year preferred experience.
Other Skills & Abilities
  • Read and interpret drawings and measurements.
  • Comfortable with tablets and computers.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
