• Perform tests and troubleshoot performance, leaks, and aesthetics of all Spencer blower and vacuum products.
• Maintain documentation according to quality standards and engineering test specifications.
• Perform trim balancing.
• Work with calibrated gauges, including vibration meters, temperature probes, volt, and amp meters.
• Set up and break down test fixtures using hoists, forklifts, or other equipment.
• Work with variable frequency drives.

• Wear proper PPE for the job.
• Stand for long periods.
• Lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Have 20/20 vision.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Current and valid certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.
