CNC Milling Machinist - 1st or 2nd Shift - (1145-A)
Full Time, Windsor, CT. 1st or 2nd Shift.
Base Pay Range$40,000 – $100,000 per year.

Position SummaryThe CNC Machinist will independently and safely set up and operate 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis equipment.
Essential Functions- Read and understand process travelers, setup journals, tooling sheets and operation sheets to produce complex finished product.
- Make tooling adjustments and program offsets as necessary.
- Inspect work accurately using instruments (OD & s, indicators, micrometers, height stands, verniers).
- Perform daily TPM responsibilities.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area; comply with all company and safety rules; wear required PPE.
- Actively participate in cross‑training, cost savings and team activities to improve processes.
- Maintain appropriate tact and diplomacy in dealings with co‑workers, team members and supervisors.

- Minimum 3 years of aerospace CNC machining experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational or college degree/certificate is a plus; relevant experience may substitute for education.
No supervisory responsibilities.
Physical DemandsFrequent lift/move up to 50 lbs; close vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus; standing, using hands, walking, climbing; may sit/stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl/explain; talk/hear. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

Compensation$40,000 – $100,000 per year. Paid hourly; may be adjusted based on experience, overtime, shift.
