Production Manager
Mativ Windsor, CT, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production floor for the Sustainability & Adhesives Solutions (SAS) unit. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals on the assigned shift, reporting to the Production Manager.
Your role includes supervising staff, scheduling, coaching, enforcing ADP policies, reducing waste, maintaining equipment readiness, and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet KPI targets.
