• A current and activeConnecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensein good standing.
• A valid driver's license in good standing and your own reliable transportation.
• A foundation of1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Ideally,3 years of home health care nursing experience.
• Strong experience inmedical-surgical and acute care settingspreferred.
• A solid understanding of current nursing and medical practices and procedures.
