Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional shopping experiences by providing personalized service, assisting customers with product selection, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Associate, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers while maintaining store standards, processing transactions accurately, and supporting inventory control activities. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational excellence and contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Promote current products, services, and special offers.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Receiving merchandise, inventory counts, transfers, and product returns.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stocking, cleanliness, and organization.
• Complete required documentation and operational processes accurately and efficiently.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs.

• At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Previous experience meeting sales or customer service goals.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb, and perform routine physical tasks associated with retail operations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
