Our client, a leading global manufacturer of capital equipment, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in Windsor, Connecticut. In this role, you will support existing customers, prospect new leads, and work closely with the field sales team to deliver exceptional service and drive customer retention. This position is ideal for a motivated, organized sales professional looking to build their career within a highly respected manufacturing organization.

- Manage inbound leads, customer inquiries, and quote requests
- Prospect and qualify new customers to support revenue growth
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and necessary sales documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ERP system
- Support sales team members with customer communication and follow-up
- Assist with coordinating customer meetings, demos, and training events
- Follow up on trade show leads and marketing-generated opportunities
- Contribute to outbound calling and email outreach efforts
- 3+ years of B2B manufacturing sales experience required
- Prospecting/cold-calling experience required
- CRM experience required
- Must be willing to work onsite in Windsor, CT
