Position: *BILINGUAL - NO WEEKENDS* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bilingual Spanish-English skills required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with strong negotiation skills
  • Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • High‑speed broadband cable internet service with specified speed requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in inbound sales is a plus
  • Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to adapt to fixed schedules for the first year of employment
  • Experience working in a metric‑driven sales organization
