About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, self‑disciplined leader to join New York Life as an insurance agent. You will guide families and small businesses through the complex world of life insurance, annuities, long‑term care, disability income, and investment products. This is a career with purpose, not just a sales job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow a client portfolio by providing tailored financial solutions and financial planning.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell life insurance, annuities, retirement, and estate planning services.
  • Use digital tools and a suite of marketing assets to prospect, nurture leads, and deliver web, social, and email content.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through training, industry designations, and ongoing development.
  • Meet annual minimum sales production requirements to achieve compensation and benefits.

Qualifications
  • Self‑disciplined, results‑oriented, and comfortable with a high level of client interaction.
  • Applicable FINRA general securities, agent state law, and investment advisory licenses or willingness to obtain them.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex financial solutions and guide clients toward life‑stage goals.
