Service Technician 1 – Danbury, CT

Rite‑Hite is seeking an experienced Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. The technician will act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force, working independently or in small teams in a field service environment.

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer sites.

• Act as a primary technical resource for customers and the sales force.

• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment, serving as a primary customer contact.

• Prior experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

• Experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a field environment, outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.

• Good customer service skills.

• Clean driving record and DOT physical required.

• Pre‑employment drug test required.
