Group Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Run the monthly Group IFRS consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow).
• Post and review consolidation journals in SAP BPC.
• Analyse results and provide clear, useful commentary (not just number dumps).
• Review submissions from regional teams—challenge where needed.
• Work closely with Treasury, Tax and FP&A to validate reporting.
• Support half-year and year-end statutory reporting, including notes and disclosures.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare technical accounting papers.
• Get involved in projects—restructures, acquisitions, disposals, new standards.
• Spot inefficiencies and improve processes where you can.

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with ~2+ years PQE.
• Experience running or supporting multi-currency consolidations.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and listed company reporting.
• A good grasp of financial controls (and what “good” actually looks like).
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines without losing the plot.
• Strong attention to detail—you’ll pick things up others miss.
• Confidence to challenge and communicate with finance teams globally.
• A practical, “get it done” mindset.
• Nice to Have:
  Experience with SAP BPC or similar consolidation tools.
• Exposure to FTSE-listed reporting environments.
