We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive bodyshop in Windsor, Berkshire, for the position of Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician.

Duties:

Perform comprehensive body repairs, from initial assessment to final finish
Conduct paintwork, including spraying and refinishing, to high standards
Refurbish and repair vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications
Diagnose and repair bodywork and paint defects effectively
Work efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow is smooth and client expectations are met Requirements:

Proven experience as a bodyshop technician, with multi-skilled capabilities
Expertise in panel beating, paint spraying, and general body repairs
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair standards and safety regulations
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid automotive qualification or relevant experience within the motor trade
