As a Marketing Graduate , you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, solve real business challenges and make an impact from day one. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop the critical skills needed for your future career and build a network that will support you throughout your journey.

From understanding customer needs to shaping innovative products and services, Marketing gives you the opportunity to influence how we attract, engage and retain customers in a rapidly changing energy landscape.

Across the two-year programme, through a variety of placements, you'll build experience in areas such as product management, marketing, customer insight, analytics, sustainability and innovation. You'll develop skills in customer research, data-driven decision making, campaign delivery, stakeholder engagement and commercial thinking, using insight and creativity to help shape better experiences for our customers and support the energy transition.

That's why you'll be supported every step of the way through structured development opportunities, experienced mentors and line managers, dedicated graduate learning, buddy support and a network of graduates from across the business.

With offices across the UK and a hybrid approach to working, flexibility is an important part of our graduate programmes. You'll need to be open to travel when required and, for some placements, relocation, giving you the opportunity to experience different teams, locations and parts of our business.

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Masters)

• Available to start in September 2027

• Starting salary of £32,000 per annum
• You'll be eligible for our annual bonus scheme and a profit-based share incentive plan
• A two-year programme, featuring three rotational placements across different areas of our Marketing Teams
