Senior Creative Lead

We are partnering with a forward-thinking creative agency to appoint a Senior Creative Lead a strategic yet hands-on creative leader who can shape bold ideas and bring them to life across paid, owned, and earned channels.

This is not a sit back and direct from afar role. It s for someone who thrives on setting the vision, defending the work, and rolling up their sleeves to craft exceptional creative that drives measurable commercial impact.

The Opportunity As Senior Creative Lead, you will own end-to-end creative output across brand development, integrated campaigns, content creation, and activation. You ll translate business objectives into compelling creative platforms that strengthen brand presence and deliver real-world results.
Working closely with agency leadership, strategy, and client teams, you ll balance big-picture thinking with studio discipline, production expertise, and commercial accountability.

What You ll Be Doing Creative Strategy & Concept Development

• Lead integrated creative campaigns from brief through to launch.
• Develop big ideas rooted in insight and aligned to business objectives.
• Translate strategy into bold, execution-ready creative platforms.
• Present and defend work confidently to senior clients and stakeholders.
• Drive idea-to-commerce thinking connecting creativity to measurable business outcomes.

Brand & Design Leadership

• Oversee brand development and visual identity evolution across client accounts.
• Ensure creative governance and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Guide the creation of high-quality assets across digital, social, print, motion, and experiential formats.
• Champion innovation including AI-led design, interactive formats, and video-first thinking.

Production & Studio Excellence

• Establish efficient creative workflows, production processes, and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with production and account teams to scope, estimate, and resource projects effectively.
• Maintain high craft standards from concept through to final delivery.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide hands-on leadership to a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Mentor, coach, and develop creative talent.
• Foster a collaborative culture across strategy, social, PR, production, and client services.
• Represent creative at senior client level with clarity and commercial rationale.

What We re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in a senior creative or design leadership role (agency or in-house).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual excellence across integrated campaigns.
• Proven ability to deliver creative that drives measurable business impact.
• Expertise in art direction and/or copywriting, with strong hands-on execution skills.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud capability (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; motion/video a plus).
• Experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar.
• Confident client presenter, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of brand systems, digital content, and multi-channel campaign delivery.
• A commercially minded creative who balances innovation with accountability.
