Merlin Entertainments - Corporate is looking for an Accessibility Merlin Accessibility Assistant at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. You will manage enquiries related to the Merlin Ride Access Pass and provide guidance for escalated support across all Merlin sites.

This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle high-profile cases with professionalism. You will also assist site teams and ensure compliance with accessibility standards while creating positive guest experiences.
