A well-established architectural practice in Windsor is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its growing team. With a strong reputation for design quality and technical excellence, the practice works across a wide range of sectors including residential, education, heritage and conservation, community, and leisure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative studio environment and gain exposure to projects from planning through to construction and completion.

Responsibilities:

Preparing technical drawings and construction packages
Supporting planning and building regulation submissions
Coordinating design information with consultants and contractors
Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and standards
Producing detailed working drawings using CAD/BIM software
Attending site visits when required

The Ideal Candidate :

Has experience working in a UK architectural practice
Strong technical ability and attention to detail
Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or BIM workflows is desirable
Good understanding of current UK Building Regulations
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well organised with the ability to manage deadlines
