Dream Medical are working in conjunction with a surgery in Windsor looking for a dedicated GP to join our esteemed client.

The successful candidate will work in the practice clinical team delivering high‑quality healthcare to registered and non‑registered patients within a traditional surgery setting.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide surgery and telephone consultations.
• Deal with queries, both over the telephone and in person.
• Make professional and autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems whether self‑referred or referred from other health‑care workers within the organisation.
• Assess the health‑care needs of patients with undifferentiated or undiagnosed problems.
• Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
• Consult patients in line with current practice disease‑management protocols to develop care plans for health.
• Provide counselling and health education.
• Admit or discharge patients to and from the caseload and refer them to other care providers as appropriate.
• Record consultation notes clearly and contemporaneously within agreed standards.
• Collect data for audit purposes.
• Compile and issue computer‑generated acute and repeat prescriptions, avoiding hand‑written prescriptions whenever possible.
• Prescribe in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary, or generically, whenever clinically appropriate.
