Position: Early Years Educator (Permanent)
Early Years Practitioner – Windsor
Salary: £28,200 – £29,300 (Full-Time) or £23,100 – £23,996 (Term-Time), depending on experience

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

* Take responsibility for a group of key children, supporting their learning and development

* Plan and deliver fun, imaginative activities in line with EYFS

* Build positive relationships with children and their families

* Track and report on children’s progress, holding regular parent meetings

* Collaborate with a supportive team to create a nurturing, educational environment

* Contribute to both term-time lessons and holiday programming

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a nursery setting

* NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)

* Strong planning and organisational skills

* Knowledge of EYFS and a passion for early childhood development

* Good communication and IT skills

* A warm, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset

* Paediatric First Aid (desirable)

* A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
