Club Play Leader

Overview

Base pay range varies by skills and experience. This role involves delivering activities during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays at Windsor Leisure Centre, Windsor, for children aged 5 to 12. Activities include Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle/Soft Play, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building and Arts n Crafts.

• Deliver sessions that are challenging, realistic and fun for primary-aged children.
• Create a positive learning environment for children in our care.
• Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.

• Understand the individual needs of children and engage them appropriately.
• Handle first aid/emergency situations as required.
• Communicate effectively with parents/carers and be approachable in liaison.
• Be committed to delivering every session to the best of your ability.
• Be creative and passionate in delivery.

• Essential – Keen interest and passion for working with primary-aged children; willingness to develop coaching skills; punctual, reliable and committed; experience delivering activities to primary-aged children; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to interact well with children, teachers and parents.
• Preferred – Clean UK driver’s license; experience in childcare settings; willingness to deliver other activities during Fun Week (Arts & Crafts, Multi-Sports); completed courses at Sixth Form, College or University.
