Experience:

Work in settings equipped with sensory rooms and adapted learning environments, collaborating closely with therapists and support staff to deliver engaging, individualized learning experiences.

• Experienced or passionate about supporting pupils with PMLD and complex needs.
• Patient, creative, and able to deliver differentiated, sensory-based learning.
• Skilled at working collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary teams (therapists, teaching assistants, carers, etc.).
• A strong communicator who can build meaningful connections with both students and their families.
• A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) though we also welcome unqualified teachers or instructors with significant SEN experience.
