About the RoleTeaching Personnel are working alongside many warm and welcoming schools in the Windsor area who are seeking caring, passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join their knowledgeable teams. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children with additional needs consistently reach their full potential, both academically and emotionally.
As a Teaching Assistant you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other educational professionals within the setting to support pupils with a range of needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). You will also be supporting pupils to encourage independence, confidence, and positive self-esteem, as well as supporting pupils during lessons, break times, and transitions throughout the school day.
