The school is expanding its support team and is recruiting Behaviour Mentors and Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants for immediate and September starts.

The Role – Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant (Windsor)

As a Behaviour Mentor in Windsor, you will:

* Provide targeted behaviour support inside and outside the classroom

* Work alongside teachers as a Teaching Assistant to support engagement and learning

* Support students with SEMH needs, emotional regulation, and behaviour development

* Deliver mentoring, intervention support, and positive behaviour strategies

* Build trusted relationships and act as a consistent role model within the Windsor school community

Ideal Background

This Behaviour Support role in Windsor would suit candidates with experience or interest in:

* Sports coaching or mentoring backgrounds

* Psychology, mental health, or counselling pathways

* Youth work, outreach work, or work with NEET young people

* Probation support, mentoring, or community support roles

* Alternative education or education outside mainstream schools

* Care work, residential care, or supporting looked-after children

* Behaviour support or intervention roles

* Team-Teach trained candidates (desirable but not essential)
